A point of clarification is quite needed as some people misunderstood me when I told them that I am going through a metamorphosis. They thought I was turning into a gigantic bug like the fiction by Franz Kafka,
There are 2 meanings of the word Metamorphosis.
The first one is a term used in zoology referring to the process of transformation of an insect or amphibian from an immature form to an adult form in two or more distinct stages.
The second meaning is a change of the form or nature of a thing or person into a completely different one. I thought it was clear to everyone that I was referring to the second meaning. I was referred as a “social butterfly” before, but I am actually not an insect!
